Day 1 - Eat Real Food
Food for the day! I am currently on a 18/6 for intermittent fasting.
Morning wake up - 16 oz water and 1 tsp baking soda (sodium)
1st meal - 1/2 cup wild blueberries, 1/2 cup raw milk Greek yogurt. add pink salt.
Snack - Popcorn. I use a Stir Crazy popper, white corn and organic coconut oil.
2nd Meal - 4 Pasture raised eggs, 1/2 large red bell pepper, chopped cilantro, green onions, cayenne, black pepper, pink salt.
And a lot of water in between. My personal goal is 80-100 oz water daily. This differs based on temp and activity, and in the summer, I aim for 1 to 1.5 gallons. Salt is adjusted to stay balanced.
