Day 2 - Setting goals
Day 2 and the first day of 20/4 intermittent fasting. Have been on an 18/6 for about a month, so today’s adjustment was a mini fail.
Morning wake up - 50 good mornings right out of bed.
Water and baking soda, after brushing my teeth.
Coffee after Viktor’s breakfast was cooked.
Started w a 1 minute plank that was way more difficult than I expected, but it let me know where I am at.
Jump Squats were supposed to be increased by 10, ended up doing 80 in sets of 20 through the day (instead of 60) so that worked.
Had a lot to get done, so didn’t think about eating until 1400, meaning I would have 4 hours from first meal.
Walnuts (bonus! these are an anti parasite food)
Raw milk yogurt w wild blueberries.
White kernel popcorn cooked w coconut oil in my stir crazy popper.
And then I got busy and forgot about making my last meal.
Water for the rest of the night.
Activity:
Repotted (estimate) ~60 plants and started 40 new seedling for beans, and more cabbage. Watered the other 1/2 of the room (core and upper body from moving plants).

8 min abs w ThenX after finishing plants.
Added light weigh overhead arm extensions - only 25 since it was after plants.
Goal for the month:
lift 60 pound compost bags to my shoulder and walk across the yard
(I am at 40 pounds as of last weekend)
3 min plank mid month and 5 min plank by eom
Maintain weight between 130 - 135 (currently 134)
One pull-up by eom. Will be starting on the build for this tomorrow.
I have not done a pull-up or chin-up since shoulder surgery in 2022.
