Day 11 - a lot of lifting

Woke up early, water and baking sode
did not do good mornings, but did stretch as I am stupid sore
Chai coffee - mtn climbers while waiting for water to boiling

Food was an afterthought until planting was done.
walnuts just before dark and planned dinner
13 bean soup, tomatoes, peppers, avocado, garlic, cayenne, black pepper, pink salt
played catch up on water, did not get enough during the day.

Activity
started early moving plants outside, mostly done, so physically pushing it harder than I probably should because the end is in sight. Not sure how many plants I repotted and moved to cages. Was outside most of the day.
Got a dirt delivery, moved 20 bags at about 40 pounds each, was a good core workout.
