Day 10 - TGIF

Long week and longer weekend

Wake up - water and baking soda
Chai coffee and more water
Late meals
Not fry sauce - yogurt, turmeric, cayenne, avocado, black pepper, link salt
walnuts
eggs and white pumpkin

Activity
50 good mornings
50 jump squats (broken into 10’s since I am sore)
50 mtn climbers (split into 25’s)
plank 1 min 30 sec

Watered inside plants, then moved about 50 plants, from 2 racks, outside and repotted, then moved to protected garden cages.
