Day 9 - Adding Activity
Morning wake up - water and baking soda, 50 good mornings and 25 mtn climbers.
1 min and 30 sec plank, and 8 min abs before coffee since I knew I had a busy day ahead.

Not Fry Sauce - Yogurt, turmeric, cayenne, black pepper, pink salt, and avocado.

Outside planting for a few hours, was moving the large clay pots, not sure the weight, and filling w dirt.
Remembered to drink enough water today, which has been a goal as I forget when I am outside.
