Day 8 - garden life

Was exhausted, so this is being posted next day.
Morning wake up - water, baking soda, 50 good mornings.
Did not do a plank. 50 squat jumps, broken in 25’s.

Meals were quick because I was outside most of the day.
Yogurt w turmeric, cayenne, pink salt.
Eggs, Avocado, red pepper, cilantro, garlic, cayenne, pink salt, black pepper.

And popcorn a little later, but I was starving and wanted popcorn :)

Made coffee twice, took 2 sips and lost my mug both times. smh

Was outside planting for about 6 hours, lifting is improving and was able to get a bag of dirt on to my shoulder that was about 55 pounds. Will be trying to walk the yard it today.

Did not do hangs, as we came in after dark and I really just wanted sleep.
