Day 7 - Still Spring
Morning wake up w water and baking soda
50 good mornings and coffee
Split through the day in 10’s - 60 Jump Squats

(this feels slow because I am still sore, but getting used to the lifting)
Meals were forgotten - only 2 and 5 hours apart
Blueberries and Raw Milk Greek Yogurt
Orzo Pasta w/ raw milk butter, roma tomato, red bell pepper, green onions, garlic, black pepper, pink salt, cayenne
And another Chai Coffee.
Spent most the day in the yard planting peppers and tomatoes. Not sure how much I lifted, was very focused on getting them all in the ground Got about 2/3 completed.
8 min abs and stretching and now bed.
