Day 6 - Rest Day
Since this weekend was brutal physically and very rewarding, I took it easy today.
Wake up was water and baking soda and 50 good mornings.
Got in 50 jump squats and a stretched to encourage faster relief from muscle soreness.
After coffee, I added turmeric to my tea to wash down all the probiotics.
Since the sky spray was horrid today and they were running harmonics, so my head was screaming with a dog whistle pitch sound, I upped my game on greens.
Break-fast
4 eggs, a lot of cilantro, green onions, cabbage, and avocado (woohoo they’re ready).
added extra cayenne and black pepper, and of course pink salt.
was closer to a 19/5 today since I was not hungry after a big first meal.
Walnuts, Raw milk Greek yogurt & wild blueberries, and popcorn.
Doubled chlorella (usually do 6 and these are a chelator like cilantro) and did 2 more rounds of turmeric tea.
Activity:
Repotted 40+ plants into 3 and 5 gal pots, and started 60 new tomatoes, pumpkins, and more cabbage. Set up some in the east garden, so carried 2 bags (35#’s) of dirt (not together) across the yard. It was easy, meaning all that work this weekend did make me stronger.
Tomorrow is back to normal and I will be doing a plank, 8 min abs and full sets to meet goals.
