Day 5 - exhausted

Spent 8 hours outside in the garden. Not sure how much or many bags and pots I lifted, but I did get a baseline for my goal. I was able to lift 45 pounds to my shoulder and walk from the driveway to the lower garden. only 30 pounds to add by eom.

Wake up was usual water, baking soda, and good mornings.
Did not do a plank as my body is exhausted and that means potential injuries, so playing it safe. Did get in 30 squat jumps. Abs are killing, so took a break from the 8 min ab workout.

Nutrition: got everything in on a 20/4
4 eggs, cilantro, green onions, cabbage, black pepper, pink salt and cayenne.
broken up between water breaks - walnuts, popcorn, raw milk yogurt with turmeric, cayenne, and pink salt.

Monday is back to workout ‘routine’ as I need to do more indoor seeding to stay ahead of the food game.
