Day 4 - planting

Spent most of the day outside, planting and repotting.
Meals were not w in a 4 hour window because I needed the calories prior to starting the outside adventures.
4 eggs with fresh cabbage greens and cilantro.
1/2 cup walnuts w pink salt
1 cup blueberries with 3/4 cup raw greek yogurt
Popcorn
A lot of water - close to a gallon and I will need to increase this tomorrow as I am feeling dehydrated.

Activities
50 Jump squats and 50 good mornings
1 min 10 sec plank
6 hours of planting and repotting
consisted of moving dirt bags (13 at about 35 pounds each)
planting 91 - 3 gal pots and 6 - 5 gal pots
Set up 25 - 5 gallons w trash dirt for vermiculture (worms)

Round 2 starts early, yeah spring!
