Day 3 - needs work
I found that with spring, remembering to eat will be a challenge. We went to get more pots today, and did not get home til late.
Wake up was water and baking soda, then after Vās breakfast was made, chai-coffee, Meal:
2 cups pumpkin and 2 eggs w raw butter, salt and pepper.
1 cup raw milk yogurt w turmeric, cayenne, and pink salt.
Activity & Exercise was downsized.

70 jump squats
8 min abs
tested where I was at for pull up/ chin up and found I need an 80% band assist. Keeping my goal, I am determined.
Repotted several plants and watered (upper body workout).
Tomorrow will be early and busy with spring. Goal is to remember to eat at least one meal and drink plenty of water. Also switching to tea for the weekend, so no coffee.
