Day 14 - under the weather

After being in the city all day Monday, adjusting a few things to get the nasty out.

Morning wake up water, baking soda, zeolite, spicy chai (no espresso shot)
Plank - 1 min
2 sets 25 Mtn Climbers
50 squat jumps
short version of 8 min abs (usually a 45/15 tabata, instead did 25 of each exercise and called it good)

Getting as close to 24 hours as possible for intermittent fast to expedite nasties detox.

Activity was mostly outside.
Moved 4 bags of dirt across the yard, each was ~40 pounds and the walk was a little over 500 feet. Planted the rest of the cabbage and watered all garden cages, then pulled fox tails for about an hour.
Only meal was at 8pm (close to 24 hrs)
Beans and avocado & eggs and pumpkin.
