Spend the better half of the day outside moving dirt and prepping the 2nd lower garden, a lot of pulling weeds and my legs are now jelly

Decided orzo was necessary after the calorie burn today.
Orzo, red peppers, green onions, garlic, black pepper, pink salt, cayenne
Snack sometime mid day was walnuts and not fry sauce.
