Day 16 - Lemon Juice

Worst day so far, and I am on my last detox trick.
Started the day w Lemon Juice and Mint Tea (iced), ended up drinking 3 rounds w juice from 3 lemons, and 2 mint tea bags each.
Upped baking soda to double for the morning and again in the afternoon.

Mostly rested after good mornings and 25 mtn climbers.
Feeling better this evening, ate late.

Eggs, avocado, sprouts, green onions.
Walnuts and 1/2 serving popcorn.

The weather is windy and nasty and they are heavy spraying, so will see how tomorrow goes.
